    • How can you be more mindful of those barriers?

    • What behavioral changes would you need to make to overcome the roadblocks?

  • Is therapy with me meeting your needs and goals?

    • If not, how would you like things to be different?

    • What would you want more or less of?

    • What are your needs & goals as we move forward?

  • How are you feeling about the therapeutic relationship so far?

    • Has it been a good fit?

    • If not, we'll talk about resolutions/referrals.
